Our Process: Building Flight Simulators

At TG Simulation, we're passionate about flight simulation. Since 2013, we've been designing and manufacturing top-quality flight simulators and simulator parts, helping individuals and organizations achieve their aviation training goals.

We don't just build simulators, we create experiences. We believe that high-fidelity simulation shouldn't be limited to big corporations. That's why we offer competitively priced solutions that deliver the same level of realism and functionality as those found in multi-million dollar simulators.

Our Converted B727-31 to a B737-800 Fixed Base Cockpit

Our fixed-base flight simulator is a testament to our expertise. Featuring a genuine Boeing cockpit sourced from Air Salvage International, it offers an authentic and immersive flight experience. The simulator's wide-angle visuals, projecting beyond 180 degrees, further enhance its realism.
This fixed-base simulator is meticulously constructed using real Boeing parts, ensuring a completely realistic look, feel, and operation. Powered by Boeing Flight Data models, it accurately replicates the flight characteristics of a B737-800. The Instructor Operating Station is designed for ease of use and offers a comprehensive range of training scenarios to meet the needs of professional aviators.

Airbus A318 Converted into a Working A320 NEO for the Air and Space Institute, Newark, UK

Flight Director has successfully converted a scrapped A318 into a fully functional A320 NEO for the Air and Space Institute in Newark, UK. The aircraft was procured from Kemble's Air Salvage International, with the right wing removed and the rest transported to Newark.
The installation now serves as the College's centrepiece attraction and operates as a Part Task Trainer, meeting the high standards of a brand-new A320 NEO. The cockpit is a fully representative, working flight deck, a complete Flight Training Device. The cabin has been outfitted for Cabin Crew training, allowing students to experience the real-world environment of an A320 NEO. Students can fly to any airport in the world using the cockpit simulator, just as they would in a real aircraft. Their colleagues can learn about the responsibilities of Cabin Crew on the same flight.
