Step 1
Acquire realistic parts. Our fixed-base flight simulator is a testament to our expertise. Featuring a genuine Boeing cockpit, sourced from Air Salvage International at Kemble, offering an immersive and authentic flight experience.
Step 2
Complete conversion. Changing a real working aeroplane into a simulation device is what we do best. Stripping back to bare frames and then manufacturing and refitting the new parts. Our 737’s wide-angle visuals, for example, project beyond 180 degrees, further enhancing its realism.
Step 3
Test, regulate and service. Once completed and tested the simulator is kept working as it did on the very first customer flight.

What’s your availability and turnaround like? When would you be ready to take on my project?
This depends on the scale and scope of the project. However, we always provide a very quick turn-around for estimates and quotes after an initial proposal meeting, and keep you updated regularly during the bespoke build process. As seasoned experts in our field, we always have work on the go, including returning clients over many years, but we always welcome and look forward to exciting new project ideas!
Where are you located?
Our headquarters are based in the beautiful city of Lincoln (where we also house our fantastic B737-800 FTD Flight Training Device example). We can also be available to travel to discuss your project proposal.
